The Federal Government of Nigeria on Monday announced that the train services on the Abuja-Kaduna rail line are set to return before the month of November runs out.
The Minister of Transportation, Mu’azu Sambo, announced this while giving the scorecard of his ministry in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
He said adequate security has been put in place to ensure the safety of passengers because they have learnt enough lessons from the attack in March which claimed the lives of several passengers leading to the suspension of train service on the Abuja-Kaduna route.
The Minister, however, did not give any specific date for the resumption.
