With a budget of 7 million pesos from the Argentina Hace program, the Doblas Municipal Shelter is refurbished and improved. This space was designed to accommodate people who come to that town to participate in different activities. The work generated 24 jobs and had an execution period of 180 days. The hostel is located on the property adjacent to the Cultural Center in the center of town, near the bus terminal.
Mayor Fabián Zabala commented that the construction of these parts and improvements in the Municipal Shelter are in the last stretch. Community chief said: “Once this stage is over, we are going to project other expansions so that the shelter meets the expectations we long for,”
“The municipal shelter has the purpose of accommodating people who come to the town for different reasons. For us it is important to have a place where people can stay for a few days. It opens the doors for sports, social and cultural delegations to come and have a place to stay, it is also essential for travelers, merchants and during the Beekeeping Expo”, he said.
With funds from the Argentina Hace Program, the municipalities carry out works that they consider necessary for their localities, from the Ministry of Works and Public Services of the Provincial Executive they are accompanied and advised during the period of the management and construction process.
