RIL: Reliance Industries owned by billionaire Mukesh Ambani is going to take acquisition of REC Solar which is solar panel manufacturing company based in Norway for the amount USD 771 million. RIL retail company announced an aim of net carbon zero by 2035 by bridging sustainable development.

Bharti Airtel: The prominent telecom operator of India Bharati Airtel has appointed Soumen Ray as new chief financial officer of the company as Badal Bagri resigned from the post to pursue other opportunities. Soumen Ray will head the office from December 21, 2021.

Tata Consultancy Services: As per broad-based growth all over the world, IT giant TCS of India has recorded a 14.1 per cent increment in the September 2021 quarter by achieving consolidated net profit of Rs 9,624 crore.

Tata Power: Tata Power branch in Delhi, Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (DDL) has warned its customers to use electricity wisely due to coal shortage crisis.

Sterling & Wilson Solar: Shapoorji Pallonji Group has decided to divest its second important asset within a month. It has announced to sell 40 per cent of its stake in Sterling and Wilson Solar through a multi stage transaction for the amount Rs 1,100 crore to Reliance Industries.

Many companies are expected to announce their September quarter results today, companies such as HFCL, Tata Metaliks, Saregama India, Delta corp, Sri Lakshmi Saraswati Textiles, Lesha Industries, Krenna Diagnostics and Tinplate Company of India.
